RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The term to make any change or return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

CHANGES:

If you need to make a change in size or model, please write to us  explaining the reason to info@bonitabanana.es. It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition, unused, in the same conditions in whichit was received and with its original packaging. 

- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The  Shipping  of the new article is free.

- If the product is received damaged, the change will not be accepted.

- Once the return is accepted, it will be exchanged for the size      (in case of being greater, the price difference will be paid) and desired model under the production times  and sent  indicated in our  Web.

RETURNS:

-  write us  to info@bonitababana.es, indicating the reason. It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition, unused, in the same conditions in which it was received .  and with its original packaging.  

- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return (unless the reason is  for defective product).

- If the product is received damaged, the return will not be accepted.

- Once the return is accepted, the cost of the item will be reimbursed within approximately 7 working days (depending on each bank).
